At Spectrum Collective, we carefully curate both contemporary and vintage jewelry pieces. Due to the unique nature of many of our items, our return policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting the integrity of each piece.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in their original condition
- returned with original packaging and tags
- accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Vintage & Estate Jewelry
All vintage and estate jewelry pieces are final sale.
These items are one-of-a-kind and often carry signs of age and character that are part of their history. For this reason, vintage and estate pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
We encourage customers to review all photos and descriptions carefully and to reach out with any questions before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
